LUCKY CAT CAFE: Shipping Update

Hello everyone! Thank you SO much for such a wonderful and successful drop and restock once again! I’m currently shipping out ALL orders still! You guys ended up really loving the Bubble Tea Restock and the Musubis, and I’m so happy you guys loved them!

Because of the higher volume of orders and pins sold, it is requiring a bit more time and patience to send everything out! Despite the high volume of orders, many of you also placed multiple orders, so I’ve been working hard to manually combine those for you all and help you all save a few extra dollars on shipping!

I’m hoping to have all orders sent out by the middle of next week, specifically for those who are combining orders from May - August. I’ve already shipped out a couple hundred musubis and a couple hundred more still to go! Thank you so much again for all your support and for your patience!

Term 2 2026: Combined Shipping

In an effort to help returning customers save on shipping, Pinny Planet will now offer combined shipping on a Four Month Term Schedule - May to August 2026. Orders placed within this time period will ship all together September 2026 and shipping costs not used will be refunded asap.
For customers who typically place orders multiple times within a 4 month window. Highly recommended for customers who participate in the Lucky Cat Cafe Series drop every month and would like to save on shipping. Recommended for those who do not mind waiting to have their orders shipped out all together in September.
Before you place your order, please add the listing “COMBINE SHIPPING: Four Month Term 2 (May - August 2026) to your cart! This will notify Pinny Planet that you agree to combine your orders placed within May to August 2026. You will be asked to pay for shipping like normal, but once I manually weigh everything out, I will refund the extra shipping costs not needed after your order is placed.

JUNE SHOP UPDATE: PLEASE READ!

OXFORD PIN BAGS & MINI MOUSE/MINI PARK BAGS PRE-ORDERS:

Due to the unprecedented events of harassment toward my shop from the past few months and the amount of time it’s taken for the bags to be sent out, I will be refunding the remaining Oxford Pin Bag and Mini Mouse/Mini Park Bag pre-orders. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, but it just feels like the best thing to do as I try to rebuild my shop and fix my accounts affected by the harassment. Due to the high volume of pre-orders that will be refunded, it will take a couple of weeks for all pre-orders to be fully refunded.
Note: There are some pre-orders that will still be sent out due to certain circumstances, so if you haven’t received a refund, your pre-order will be sent out. This may be due to your payment method no longer being valid, so I am unable to complete the refund (i.e. PayPal or a new debit/credit cards), and other similar reasonings etc. etc.
