PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

*Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders*

1. PRE-ORDER Reservation

  • PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold out from our online shop. Pre-order is placing orders in advance.

  • When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Pinny Planet shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to pinnyplanet@gmail.com

2. Payment

  • You will be charged the FULL PRICE of the product at the time of placing the pre-order. Payments can be made with debit/credit cards or other payment methods EXCEPT PayPal. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to Pinny Planet of charging the FULL PRICE of the product at such time.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Pinny Planet does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Pinny Planet is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

4. Price

  • The purchase price does not include taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. The purchase price will only include tax in the states Pinny Planet is obligated to collect and remit tax - California.

5. Cancellation

  • Cancellation of orders is not recommended once the order has been submitted and paid. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

  • I understand things might happen and situations arise, so I will be monitoring any cancellation requests on a case by case basis. Please contact pinnyplanet@gmail.com for help.

6. Disclaimer

  • Pinny Planet disclaims any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the prototype product displayed by Pinny Planet whether before or after you have placed the pre-order. You understand and agree that the product, its design and technical features are currently under development and that the product that may be available for purchase by you may be materially different from the prototype product. Modifications made to the bag have been disclosed above, and you understand and agree to these modifications.

7. Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • The purchase of the product is subject to additional terms and conditions. The current Terms and Conditions can be found in the footer of the website and checkout page and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the product will be subject to these terms and conditions and the refund policy.
