The Adventure Pack (Original Black): Pre-Order November 2023 Update

Hi everyone! 

I hope you're all doing well! I just wanted to confirm with you all that pre-orders have already begun being sent out! As a reminder, I received hundreds of pre-orders so this will be a process!

It is NOT too late to order additional inserts! I'll be restocking ALL the insert colors tomorrow, November 11th at 10AM PST in my shop! Feel free to pick some up and use the free shipping code below! I just ask that you write something along the lines of "please add to order #_____" and I'll know what to do from there!

As usual, below are my Frequently Asked Questions for your reference! 

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. After you (Nicole) receive the bags, should we (pre-order buyers) expect the bags to be shipped out and delivered within the next few weeks?

  • Like I mentioned before, fulfilling orders will take weeks to a few months due to the high volume of pre-orders and the process of quality checking and cleaning each individual bag myself. I'm hoping to finish sending out orders by the end of December, but it could bleed into January if needed (or requested due to the holidays). 

2. What if I have a trip in November or December? Or what if I plan to give this bag as a gift for Christmas? Can I get my bag by a certain date?

  • This is absolutely possible! Please keep in mind that I will do my best to accommodate your request, but USPS and the holiday season are also part of this shipping process and may cause delays. If you would like to ensure that your package arrives by a specified date, I strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to Priority. Feel free to email me to see how much it'll cost to upgrade as it does vary per location (the farther you are from California, the price of shipping goes up unfortunately). 

3. Can I upgrade my shipping to Priority? 

  • Absolutely! Feel free to inquire how much upgrading your shipping will be! The benefit of shipping with Priority is that USPS will only take 2-5 business days to deliver your package. They're much faster than regular Ground Advantage. (Personal opinion) I feel like USPS employees are also more likely to take care of Priority packages, so this could be really good for packages shipped in December if you're okay with your packages going out during the holiday season but want some extra security with USPS. 

3.    Will you be restocking any of the sold out Adventure Pack inserts?

  • Yes! The extra inserts will be dropping tomorrow, November 11th at 10AM PST!

  • If you’d like to add inserts and/or pins that are available in my shop currently, feel free to use the free shipping code below at checkout. I just ask that you write something along the lines of “please add to my order #____”, and I’ll know what to do!

4. Can I cancel my pre-order and receive a refund? 

  • Yes, I am not going to withhold refunds from anyone who requests to cancel their pre-order. I understand life happens and financial situations or general life things can alter whether or not you can continue with your pre-order. If you would like to request to cancel your order, PLEASE email me ASAP before your order goes out. I just ask that you do so kindly. 

5. Can I change my address? 

  • Yes! Please email me ASAP if you would like to make any address changes! I can absolutely do so! Feel free to check-in with me to confirm for a 2nd time if your address change was made. 

  • For anyone who requested an address change since the pre-order, I've written notes about the change but doesn't hurt to double check! Before your bag is sent out, I'll be personally sending out copies of the shipping labels so you have confirmation of this address change. 

6. Will you be sending tracking emails? And where can I find this? 

  • Yes! I send automated tracking emails to ALL orders! It's very common that email platforms will send my automated tracking emails to your spam/promotions folder so I definitely recommend adding me as one of your contacts so it shows up in your regular inbox or checking your spam/promotions folder from time to time! Customers who tell me they didn't receive tracking have always found my tracking emails in their spam/promotions folder after directing them there! So please keep an eye out for that! I am happy to also verify if your bag has been sent out or not! Just let me know!
