The Adventure Pack (Original Black): Pre-Order October 2023 Update

Hiya everyone!
Happy October! I hope you're all having a wonderful spooky season so far! Here is a new update for the Adventure Packs!
For this month's update, I wanted to confirm that the Adventure Packs are in the process of entering the US after 4 weeks of being on a cargo ship at sea, and I have officially received a tracking number from UPS. This confirms that they'll be going through customs soon, UPS will then pick them up, and then finally they'll deliver the bags to my address! This will take about 1-2 weeks since there's over 20 50lb giant boxes containing these bags, and they have to go through this whole process together! Sometimes they get separated too, so hopefully they're all together!
This is super exciting news, so I want to address some potential questions that you might have below!
1. After you (Nicole) receive the bags, should we (pre-order buyers) expect the bags to be shipped out and delivered within the next few weeks?
So the next step in this process is once I receive the bags, I will be single handedly quality checking and cleaning hundreds of these Adventure Packs. You are guaranteed an A Grade Adventure Pack, so I need to go through each bag to make sure you receive the best bags in the batch. This process is very meticulous. I then package each bag carefully and ship them out! This whole process takes a few months, so that is why on the timeline in the Adventure Pack Pre-Order info... fulfillment is within November - December. These are the main months of me shipping orders out every day until all pre-orders are sent out!
2. What if I have a trip in November or December? Or what if I plan to give this bag as a gift for Christmas? Can I get my bag by a certain date?
This is absolutely possible! Once I have emailed you all that the Adventure Packs have officially arrived, feel free to ask about whether you can bump your order up to receive your bag for a special trip or event. I am happy to see what I can do about shipping your order out ASAP! I can't guarantee anything, but I'll do everything I can to accommodate!
3. Will you be restocking any of the sold out Adventure Pack inserts?
Yes! The extra inserts that are currently sold out in my shop ARE in-hand now! I just haven't listed them yet since it's been a busy month for me! I think I'll try to list them in the beginning of November when orders should start shipping out! I'll email you guys directly when they're available in my shop, and you can use the free shipping code I've provided to add them to your pre-order and save on shipping!
If you’d like to add inserts and/or pins that are available in my shop currently, feel free to use the free shipping code below at checkout. I just ask that you write something along the lines of “please add to my order #____”, and I’ll know what to do!

4. Can I cancel my pre-order and receive a refund?
Yes, I am not going to withhold refunds from anyone who requests to cancel their pre-order. I understand life happens and financial situations or general life things can alter whether or not you can continue with your pre-order. If you would like to request to cancel your order, please feel free to email me ASAP. I just ask that you do so kindly.
And I think that covers everything! Like I mentioned before, I'll email everyone when the Adventure Packs have officially arrived as that will give me a more concrete idea of when pre-orders will start shipping out!
