PRODUCTION: Delays may occur due to the pandemic or manufacturing issues. The timeline is an estimation based on the state of the world and my manufacturer. There have been times when my bags did not meet my expectations quality-wise, and I personally had hundreds remade to make sure my customers received the best quality bags I can offer. In the event any delays occur, this will all be communicated with my buyers.

REFUNDS: Pre-order funds will go directly into production of the bags. Therefore, once pre-orders are made, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I will not withhold payment if a refund is being requested, but it is not ideal. I will be reviewing the matter and if any emails/messages seem suspicious or threatening, you will be black-listed from making orders from my shop in the future. If there are any issues with the bag you receive, we can discuss the next steps on how to resolve the matter. Please manage your finances accordingly before placing any pre-orders. If you decide to request for a refund/cancellation, your request will be noted. Multiple requests for a refund/cancellations with my shop will resort into being placed on a blacklist from my shop and service will be refused for future orders.

QUALITY: Due to the handmade nature of pin ITA bags, minor imperfections may be present. However, I will do my best to give my pre-order buyers the highest quality bags possible! If there are bags with noticeable imperfections but no compromise in functionality, they will be listed in my store as B Grade bags.
