Update Summary:
There was an attempted hacking on my shop and emails. Everything was secured but I was locked out. To further security, I have moved emails to nicole@pinnyplanet.com. If you have emailed me in the past few weeks, I may not have received it, so I will be trying to salvage what I can find and forwarding them to my new email. Feel free to resend any inquiries/requests.
If you’re receiving this email, your Oxford Pin Bag pre-order is still in the queue. I am hoping to finish sending out pre-orders by the end of October. If it still bleeds into November, remaining pre-order buyers will receive extra free filler pins and other goodies from my shop.

1st Announcement:
I apologize for this delayed update, as I have had major issues with my emails these past few weeks and someone trying to hack a bunch of my accounts associated to my shop. I have finally been able to get back on with the help of Google’s customer service team. Because this is the 2nd attempt I’ve experienced on my email, I have decided to switch emails. My main contact email will now be nicole@pinnyplanet.com. Everything was secured, but I was locked from a few of my accounts and getting things situated took some time. I apologize for the unresponsiveness, as I will be forwarding any emails I received in the past few weeks to my new email and will try to catch up on all inquiries. Please feel free to resend any emails you may have sent that you did not receive a reply to, and I will be happy to help!
2nd Announcement:
I just want to confirm that I am still sending out Oxford Pin Bags. If you are receiving this email, you are still in the queue to receive your bag. Unfortunately with this issue of the Oxford Pin Bags arriving with squished windows and me having to manually fix this with a heat gun and towels, it’s been an incredibly lengthy and frustrating process. I understand that many of you have asked about your bags and why it’s taking so long and are equally frustrated. For full transparency, it’s been taking about 24 hours for one bag to remold back to its original shape. I’ve been trying to remold 20-30 bags every day and sending out about that much bags as well daily in rotation, but unfortunately some bags might take 48 hours to fully remold. I think I have finally developed a more efficient way of remolding the bags which will hopefully make the process a little faster without compromising the quality because again, I do not want to be sending out bags that do not pass my quality inspection.
If you have events or requests to have your bags sent out by a certain date, feel free to send an inquiry and I will do my best to accommodate. I am hoping to have all the Oxford Pin Bags sent out by the end of October. If it bleeds into November, all remaining pre-order buyers will receive extra free filler pins per bag. Again, I apologize for this lengthy process. I’ve postponed all ITA pin bag sales until pre-orders have been fulfilled because remolding these bags have pretty much taken over my shop, and I truly just want to finish sending these out as fast as I can.
If you are unhappy with this pre-order process and no longer wish to wait, I highly encourage that you request a refund/cancellation. I would much rather provide a full refund than a customer feel wary and unhappy about their pre-order.
Refunds/Cancellations:
If you are considering cancelling your order for whatever reason, please do so before your bag(s) are shipped by sending me an email asap. If you end up requesting to return your bag after receiving it, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
