The Mini Mouse Bag & The Mini Park Bag (Pre-Order): September-October Update

Hello friends!

I have 2 announcements in this email update! I have provided a summary below if you do not wish to read the details!

Update Summary:

  • There was an attempted hacking on my shop and emails. Everything was secured but I was locked out. To further security, I have moved emails to nicole@pinnyplanet.com. If you have emailed me in the past few weeks, I may not have received it, so I will be trying to salvage what I can find and forwarding them to my new email. Feel free to resend any inquiries/requests.

  • Both the Mini Mouse & Mini Park Bags have finished production. They are currently being packed for shipment. They will be shipped to my address – I will then quality inspect and ship to pre-order buyers as fast as I can.

Details Updates:

  • 1st Announcement:

    • I apologize for this delayed update, as I have had major issues with my emails these past few weeks and someone trying to hack a bunch of my accounts associated to my shop. I have finally been able to get back on with the help of Google’s customer service team. Because this is the 2nd attempt I’ve experienced on my email, I have decided to switch emails. My main contact email will now be nicole@pinnyplanet.com. Everything was secured, but I was locked from a few of my accounts and getting things situated took some time. I apologize for the unresponsiveness, as I will be forwarding any emails I received in the past few weeks to my new email and will try to catch up on all inquiries. Please feel free to resend any emails you may have sent that you did not receive a reply to, and I will be happy to help!

  • 2nd Announcement:

    • The Mini Mouse Bags & Mini Park Bags have finished production! Below are “proof of completion” photos from my manufacturer.

  • 2nd Announcement (continued):

    • They are currently being packed and getting ready to be shipped to my address. Once they arrive (this will take about 3-4 weeks depending on sea transit, customs, and UPS), I will be quality inspecting each bag and sending them out asap! I have also requested that my manufacturer send one Mini Mouse Bag and one Mini Park Bag out early, so I can inspect it myself in advance and take quality product photos for you to view and show all the improvements made onto this bag.

Thank you so much for your patience with this pre-order! I understand this took longer than my expected timeframe. I know I disclaimed that the timeline was subject to change as there are many variables that go into pre-orders that I unfortunately do not have full control of, but I still understand that waiting in general can be very difficult. I am hoping to have everything shipped out as soon as I can. I have allotted time to send these pre-orders out by postponing the sale of all ITA pin bags in my shop to hopefully focus on just sending out these pre-orders as quickly as possible.

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: If you're interested in cancelling your pre-order because you're no longer interested, money's tight, etc. (I get it, life happens), I will not withhold from sending you a refund if that is something you prefer. Please email me as soon as possible at nicole@pinnyplanet.com to inquire.
